Drum Mentor and Instructor Patrick Johansson

Yeah Patrick. Met this guy when I was really young. Like 2011, six years old. He was playing a show at one of Nicko McBrain's parties. I had no idea who he was, but his in your face metal style and his thunderous drumming was enough for me. Several years later I would start doing lessons with Patrick. These were a different type of lessons where we would drum together more than discuss what to do. During these session I was turned on to a great arm and leg independence training and the must haves of metal drumming. Seriously door opening moments in my drumming development.
